Quebec’s interior and product design awards
Les PRIX INTÉRIEURS | FERDIE Created in 2007, is a design prize awarded to the best in interior design on the Quebec scene. The Fonds d’Études et de Recherches en Design Intérieur de l’Est (FERDIE) and the intérieurs magazine, are joining to create an annual interior-design competition, the PRIX INTÉRIEURS | FERDIE. This important Québec-wide interior design competition have confirmed, for a third year, its mission to promote the achievements of the Québec design community, raising their profile among their peers, potential clients and the general public in Québec and beyond.
The PRIX INTÉRIEURS | FERDIE will also give an emerging-designer award, and they will choose a Designer of the Year from among its participants.

A gala evening adding soul to design…
Hosted by Luck Mervil, the PRIX INTÉRIEURS | FERDIE awards gala will be complemented this year by a dinner and a show, Soul Night, a retrospective of soul music from Aretha Franklin to Marvin Gayes, from James Brown to Ray Charles.
A unique opportunity to celebrate outstanding design projects recently made in Quebec and, and for a first time, add fresh and moving voices interpreting soulful hits and bringing us back to a past, not so far away, through, for instance, a not-to-be-missed King of Pop / Michael Jackson tribute.
Seize the moment to celebrate your peers’ accomplishments, to unite with members of this creative industry and share with colleagues a show and evening sure to make you party… and groove!
SOUL NIGHT : Motown, gospel, rhythm & blues. When Luck Mervil (RudeLuck, Notre-Dame-de-Paris, Génération Motown) and Alexandre Mainville (Olympia de Montréal) decided to get together and work on a show, out came the idea of creating a major musical revival of Soul hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. In a mise en scène by Luck Mervil and accompanied onstage by the musicians of Papagroove, six singers will take on the task of recreating the soul of New York’s City Hall and Harlem Theater. Channelling the Aretha Franklins and James Browns of soul, Luck Mervil, Franck Julien, Sébastien Francisque, Dawn Cumberbatch, Marie-Christine Depestre and Antoinette De Jong are sure to add rhythm, energy and, of course, soul to this PRIX INTÉRIEURS | FERDIE awards ceremony.
